Naru Membership.

Naru Membership Programme · Effective 1 September 2026 · Valid at all Naru outlets

1. Eligibility and membership

1. Naru Membership is free to join. Sign up by scanning the QR code in store or by using the online sign-up link. No spend is required to join.
2. Membership is personal to the individual member and is not transferable. One account per person.
3. Members must provide accurate details at sign-up, including a valid mobile number, which identifies the account.
4. A date of birth is required to receive the birthday reward. Members who do not provide one can still join and earn points, but no birthday reward will be issued.

2. Tier status

1. There are three tiers: Silver (free sign-up), Gold (RM1,500 rolling 12-month spend) and Platinum (RM4,000 rolling 12-month spend).
2. Tier qualification is based on a rolling 12-month window. We always count the last 12 months from today. It does not reset in January.
3. Tier upgrades are automatic and credited at the moment of purchase. They are not held back to the end of the month.
4. Tiers can be lost. If your rolling 12-month spend falls below the threshold, your tier expires and you are moved back down.
5. Party and private event spend counts toward tier qualification.
6. Stored credit purchases count toward tier qualification on the amount paid, not on the credit received.

3. Loyalty points

1. Points are earned at your current tier rate: 10 points per RM1 at Silver, 15 at Gold, 20 at Platinum.
2. Points are credited at the moment of purchase, so points may be earned and redeemed on the same visit.
3. Points expire 12 months from the date each point was earned, not from the date of your last visit. The oldest points expire first.
4. Expired points are not deleted. They remain on the account but cannot be redeemed until reactivated by a valid spend.
5. Points may only be redeemed against the fixed redemption catalogue published on this page. There is no points-to-cash conversion and no ringgit-per-point rate.
6. There is no daily limit on points redemptions, and no minimum spend on any points redemption, including the RM5 off and RM10 off rewards.
7. The RM5 off and RM10 off points rewards are valid for dine-in and takeaway only. Not valid for retail or party packages.
8. Payment made with stored credit does not earn points, as points were already credited when the stored credit was purchased.
9. A tier downgrade does not clear your points balance.

4. Sign-up vouchers

1. New members receive 1 free drink (valid 30 days) and 1 free fries (valid 90 days), both credited instantly at sign-up.
2. The free drink covers a hot or cold black, a hot or cold white, or a kids orange or apple juice.
3. Both sign-up vouchers are dine-in only.
4. Vouchers are limited to one voucher redemption per member, per day. The two sign-up vouchers cannot both be used on the same visit.

5. Tier upgrade voucher

1. Issued automatically on reaching Gold (RM10 off) or Platinum (RM20 off).
2. No minimum spend. Valid 365 days from issue.
3. Valid for dine-in and takeaway only. Not valid for retail or party packages.

6. Birthday reward

1. Credited automatically on the 1st of the member's birthday month and valid for 31 days. It lapses at the end of that month and does not carry forward.
2. Silver receives a free birthday drink tower. Gold receives a free birthday waffle and a free birthday drink tower. Platinum receives a free birthday waffle and RM30 off with no minimum spend.
3. Birthday rewards are dine-in only and are not valid during private events.
4. The Platinum RM30 voucher is not valid for takeaway, retail or party packages.

7. Referral

1. A successful referral pays an RM20 voucher to the referrer and an RM20 voucher to the new member, with no minimum spend.
2. Both vouchers are released only after the new member completes their first paid visit. A sign-up alone does not trigger either voucher.
3. Referral vouchers are valid 365 days, usable once per visit, and are dine-in only — not valid for takeaway, retail or party packages.
4. There is no cap on the number of members one member may refer.

8. Stored credit

1. Three packs are available: RM500 for RM550 credit (10% bonus), RM1,000 for RM1,120 credit (12% bonus), and RM1,500 for RM1,725 credit (15% bonus).
2. All packs are valid 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. Stored credit is valid for dine-in and takeaway. It is excluded from party packages and retail and cannot be used to pay for a party.
4. Stored credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. If not spent within 12 months, the balance is expired but not lost. It remains visible on the account and cannot be spent until reactivated.
6. To reactivate an expired balance, the member must make a further top-up of at least RM500.

9. General

1. Rewards, vouchers and stored credit have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, sold or transferred to another person.
2. Vouchers and rewards cannot be applied to a bill retrospectively once it has been settled.
3. Naru reserves the right to suspend or close an account, and to forfeit its points, vouchers and tier status, where the programme is abused or where points or rewards are obtained through fraud, error or misrepresentation.
4. Naru may vary these terms, the redemption catalogue, the points rates, the tier thresholds or the rewards, and may suspend or end the programme, at any time. Where a change materially reduces the value of benefits already earned, we will give reasonable notice through this page and our usual channels.
5. The current version of these terms is the one published on this page. Where a printed or in-store version differs, this page prevails.
6. Member details are collected and used to operate the programme in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Members may ask us to update or remove their details by contacting us on the details below.
7. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
